Shipping Policy
Please allow 5-10 business days for international deliveries.
Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email update with your tracking number so you know when to expect it.
If you wish to change the items in your order after it is placed, contact us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to assist. If the item has already been processed and/or shipped, we will not be able to make changes.
Return & Exchange Policy

Any reed that arrives by mail damaged or unplayable will be replaced free of charge, no questions asked.

All reed(s) claim must be returned within 5 days upon delivery.

For other products:

All item(s) must be returned within 30 days.

All item(s) must be returned in the original condition, unused.

FORESTONE is not responsible for the items returned until we receive them. Please pack them securely.

The cost of return is the responsibility of the buyer, except where the items are faulty.
